Booking

Prices are for the rental of the property (per week) and are not dependent on the number of people staying. However, we do need a list of names of those staying and the number of adults, children and infants and reserve the right to limit the number of people in each property to a comfortable/safe level!

Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath towels, gas, electricity and thorough cleaning between rentals. In winter, we also provide olive and cherrywood logs for the fires. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.
 
 


Payment

We'll discuss your preferred payment details with you when you make your booking - but here's some information which you might find useful:

We usually accept payment in Euros - other currencies by agreement.

We can accept payment by cheque or direct bank transfer (preferred).

If your booking is made more than 8 weeks before your holiday, please send us a deposit of 20% of the full price in order to secure your booking.

Full payment is due 8 weeks before the first day of your holiday.

Please send a refundable security/breakages deposit of 10% of the total price with your final payment. This can be by separate cheque which will be returned at the end of your holiday (assuming no major incidents!)
 


Cancellation
If you cancel a booking, please send written confirmation (which may be by e-mail). The following charges may be incurred - the weeks being calculated from when we receive written cancellation.

bulletmore than 8 weeks from the first day of your holiday results in loss of deposit
bullet4-8 weeks from the first day of your holiday could lead to loss of 50% of your holiday cost
bulletless than 4 weeks from the first day of your holiday could lead to loss of 100% of your holiday cost
