Pricing
Prices for rental of El Molino del Conde are for accommodation of up to 18 people. (For larger groups, a small supplement may be due dependent on the number of adults/children in your party)
Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath towels, gas, electricity and thorough cleaning between rentals. In winter, we also provide olive and cherrywood logs for the fires. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.

Terms & Conditions
In order to confirm a reservation, we ask for a 25% deposit. The balance is then due 8 weeks before your holiday.
An additional cleaning fee of €250 applies per booking.
Rental is from 4.00pm on the afternoon of arrival until 11.00am on day of departure.
